‘Single Vineyard’ Pinot Gris harvested from the clay/limestone slopes of the ‘Pilgrim'vineyard in New Zealand’s Waipara Valley. 

Gently crushed and pressed, fermented with aromatic yeasts, minimal stabilisation and filtration. Hand labelled, with no compromise on quality.

Flavours

Aromas of fig, yellow flowers, almond croissant and baked pear. The palate is textural and powerful, nutty with lingering fruit intensity and subtle layers of complexity. We like this wine with a creamy risotto
